1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 786w account.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with 786w.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account by 786w.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account with 786w. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 786w may use technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. 786w is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

786w is required under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your Account, including suspension of withdrawals.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the 786w Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 786w makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific location. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786w login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 786w will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your 786w Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 786w Support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform. 786w may temporarily suspend your Account while a security investigation is conducted.

You may request closure of your 786w Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 786w reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after the applicable notice period. Players with dormant accounts will be notified at the registered email address prior to any fee being applied.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

786w accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit cards, credit cards, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in PKR. 786w does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your Account after login. 786w reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframes displayed on the cashier page. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing. 786w reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

A minimum of one deposit must have been made and used for genuine gaming activity before a withdrawal request will be processed. Accounts that deposit and request withdrawal without engaging in substantive gaming activity may be subject to review and potential suspension under the fraud provisions of these Terms.

The 786w Platform operates exclusively in PKR. You acknowledge that any currency conversion applied by your bank or payment provider is outside of 786w's control, and 786w bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences or conversion fees imposed by third parties.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 786w are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game categories, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms.

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal may be made from the bonus-derived balance. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified per promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. 786w reserves the right to withdraw a bonus and reverse any associated winnings if abuse of promotional terms is detected, including but not limited to coordinated wagering to meet requirements with minimal risk.

786w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, 786w will honour the terms applicable at the time of crediting unless evidence of abuse is present.

7. Rules of Play

Each game available on the 786w Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that game's operation, while these Terms continue to govern all account, payment, and conduct matters.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 786w reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's real-money balance. 786w is not liable for any loss of winnings or other damages resulting from a technical error.

786w does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to any specific game. Games may be withdrawn, modified, or made temporarily unavailable for maintenance or regulatory reasons without prior notice. 786w is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from game unavailability.

8. Sports Betting

786w reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation reference from the Platform. Odds displayed prior to confirmation are indicative and may change before a bet is placed.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during an event. 786w is not responsible for bets placed during a temporary suspension period due to communication delays between the Platform and your device. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, or the relevant international cricket authority for international matches. 786w will use official sources to determine settlement and reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

In the event that odds are published in error — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or typographical mistakes — 786w reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. The staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 786w Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes — whether in games, payment systems, or the Platform interface.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to another individual.
• Funding your 786w Account from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 786w Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the overall Platform design — is the intellectual property of 786w or its licensed suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 786w.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, scraping, framing, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data

786w collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with 786w, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

786w employs industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication — to protect the personal and financial data of its Players. However, no transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, and 786w cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

786w is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Players to manage their gaming activity. The Platform's responsible gaming features are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page, which forms part of the framework governing your use of 786w.

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion from within their Account settings. 15. Governing Law
